A family-run domiciliary care company, founded in 2017 in memory of Diane's late mother. This is the full story.
Lilies Home Care was founded in 2017, born out of personal experience and a commitment to the kind of high-quality care we'd want for our own family — particularly around dementia and end-of-life care.
We're a family-run business in every sense. Diane founded Lilies in memory of her late mother. Her daughter, Charlotte, is our Registered Manager. Many of our team have worked together for years, and that continuity flows straight through to the people we look after.
We have always been big believers in the idea of earning respect — never demanding it. Every relationship we build, with clients and their families, starts there.
Lilies Home Care's values, behaviours, decisions and processes are open to scrutiny as we develop safe and effective evidence-based practice. Good governance means we recognise our accountability, act on lessons learned, and are honest and open in seeking the best possible outcomes for the people we care for.
The most important thing to us is simple: we care. Everything else follows from that.
We promise to be uncompromising on our high standards. Always.
We promise to ensure the most appropriate and safest working practices on every visit.
We promise to provide a service that is specific to the needs of each individual client.
We promise to maintain an affordable and competitive pricing structure.
We promise to maintain and promote our clients' independence, every single day.
We promise to assist and encourage our clients in everyday activities to support their wellbeing and independence.
Family-run, family-led. Diane and Charlotte sign off on every care plan, every form, and every promise we make.
Diane founded Lilies in 2017, naming the company after her late mother. She runs the office and is the heart of everything we do.
Charlotte is our CQC Registered Manager and operational lead. She personally approves every care plan, document and recruitment decision.
Whether you're researching for a loved one, or thinking about care for yourself — we'll happily talk it through with you.
