Lilies Home Care was founded in 2017, born out of personal experience and a commitment to the kind of high-quality care we'd want for our own family — particularly around dementia and end-of-life care.

We're a family-run business in every sense. Diane and Charlotte founded Lilies in memory of Diane's late mother. Charlotte is our Registered Manager. Many of our team have worked together for years, and that continuity flows straight through to the people we look after.

We have always been big believers in helping others — treating everyone with the respect they deserve. Every relationship we build, with clients and their families, starts there.

Lilies Home Care's values, behaviours, decisions and processes are open to scrutiny as we develop safe and effective evidence-based practice. Good governance means we recognise our accountability, act on lessons learned, and are honest and open in seeking the best possible outcomes for the people we care for.
