Previous care experience isn't essential — full induction and training are provided. What matters is that you genuinely care.
We're family-run, properly. Diane and Charlotte know every member of the team by name. You won't be a number here.
We're flexible on experience, but a few things are non-negotiable for the safety of our clients and the smooth running of our service.
You'll need a full UK driving licence and your own car to travel between clients. Mileage is paid.
You must already have the right to work in the UK — we are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
You'll need to be available to work at least every other weekend.
All offers are subject to an enhanced DBS (Adult Workforce) check — we'll help you with the process.
Many of our clients have pets. You'll need to be comfortable around dogs and cats with no concerns or allergies.
Care is physically and emotionally demanding. We complete a Regulation 21 health questionnaire as part of the process.
Our application takes about 10 minutes. You'll hear back from Charlotte within a couple of working days.
